Wedding and Titanic

Finally the day had arrived for Vic and Dave's wedding.  The wedding itself was held in a little church just outside the city of Belfast.

After the wedding we headed to Belfast Castle for the reception.

It was a fairy tale wedding, every girls dream is to be married in a castle.  We congratulated the newly wedded couple and thanked them for letting us be part of their special day.

For our third day in Belfast we decided to visit Belfast's newest attraction, the Titanic Experience museum.  As the Titanic was built in the shipping yards of Belfast this museum details the history of the construction of the ship and the industrial revolution of Belfast.  The building itself is quite impressive and its form represents an iceberg.

After visiting the Titanic museum we ventured back into the city to find Belfast's "smallest" house.

Prior to heading to Wales we had one more morning to spend in Belfast.  It was recommended that we visit St George's Market to experience some culture.  Here on display was various arts, crafts and food stalls.  On our way back we dropped into another market out the front of the Town Hall.  The Olympic Torch had been through the night before and this market was set up with food stalls with foods of the world.  The only Australian fair we could find was Kangaroo at the meat of the world stall.
